Lawn Care Services
Valid for Service Agreements completed via our website (http://www.renn.ws).
Lawn Care services requiring specialized licensing may be performed by qualified affiliates. Customized services and special circumstances shall be negotiated separately and unless agreed upon by both parties do not supersede prior agreements.
Lawn Applications we deem inappropriate due to adverse weather conditions will not be performed, and pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
Offer pricing does not include previous written or implied service agreements.
2007 Lawn Care Service agreements expire on January 31, 2008.
Web Account
The term "User" refers to the person who created the Web Account. By completing the registration process and creating a Web Account, the User represents they are 18 years of age or older.
Renn Turf and Terrain (RT&T) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the RT&T web page at <http://www.renn.ws/termsofuse.php>. If any of these changes are unacceptable, User may terminate your Web account by notifying us online at <https://www.renn.ws/contact.php>. Use of the Web account following the posting of any changes to these terms and conditions and User request to terminate Web account constitutes acceptance of those changes by the User.
Except as expressly permitted, the User shall not reproduce, transmit, or distribute any RT&T materials without RT&T's written consent.
In addition, User may not:
- use RT&T information for any purpose that is prohibited by any law or regulation.
- obtain or attempt to obtain through any means any materials or information on RT&T Web site that has not been intentionally made publicly available.
Failure of RT&T to insist upon strict compliance with any of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver with regard to any subsequent failure to comply with such terms or conditions. These terms and conditions, your rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Indiana. RT&T may discontinue your Web account, or its availability to you, at any time. If you believe your Web account username and password have been used to access RT&T without your authorization, please e-mail us immediately at: cust-svc@renn.ws
